Bio:
Simon earned his PhD in Biological Science in 2018 from the University of Nantes, France, supervised by Dr. Eduard Ayuso. He is currently a senior research scientist in the vector engineering group at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, led by Dr. Ben Deverman. His research focuses on the engineering of BBB-penetrating capsids with reduced sensitivity to neutralizing antibodies.
